If squiggly careers inspire you, or you're curious to know more, here's the backstory...
From 2014-2023 I was a Producer of arts and culture, with a particular focus on talent development and LGBTQ+ stories and representation. Most recently I was interim Producer of Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse Theatres and Co-Producer of Alex Roberts & Co. I've been a mentor since 2017 and a coach since 2022, supporting creatives of all kinds to set big goals, overcome limiting beliefs and fulfil their potential. I love to follow my curiosity - and that led me to explore the world of tech. I earned a Professional Diploma in UX Design through the UX Design Institute and learnt the essentials of coding with SheCodes. I then led Digital Her, working to improve gender equity in the industry & support more women & girls into rewarding tech careers, as well as Manchester Digital's annual Digital Skills Festival. From there, I joined Autotrader, a thriving tech company with a brilliant, people-centric culture, where I coach and facilitate development opportunities for colleagues across the organisation, and I'm a facilitator for the LGBT+ Network. I love my squiggly career and the amazing experiences, people & fulfilment it has led me to.
