About.
Hi, I'm Kirsten.
I'm an accredited coach with a background in the tech industry and the arts.
I work with clients who want to make changes in their lives. Together we unpack their thinking, set inspiring goals, overcome limiting beliefs & achieve success on their terms. I trained with Deb Barnard MBE & Relational Dynamics, and I'm an Associate of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Since 2014 I've been a Producer of arts and culture, with a particular focus on talent development and LGBTQ+ stories and representation. Most recently I was interim Producer of Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse Theatres and Co-Producer of Alex Roberts & Co. You can read more about my career below.
I began my tech journey building my own technical skills. I earned a Professional Diploma in UX Design through the UX Design Institute and learnt the basics of coding with SheCodes. I then led Digital Her, working to improve gender equity in the industry & support more women & girls into rewarding tech careers, as well as Manchester Digital's annual Digital Skills Festival. In 2024 I joined Auto Trader, a thriving tech company with a brilliant, people-centric culture, where I coach and facilitate development opportunities for colleagues across the organisation.
